Reporting

Select Reporting from the configuration menu.

Click Add Scheduled Report.

Enter the Email Address where you want to receive the reports.

Choose the Type of report you'd like to receive:

New Devices

Multiple reports can be created with the Frequency field:

Daily

Weekly

Monthly

Batched (only available when New Devices is selected)

The New Devices option sends an email notification to the email recipient when new devices are detected on the network. Selecting the Batched option may result in an excessive amount of emails being generated depending on the size of the network environment.

The iShield utilises its own SMTP server for sending email notifications and reports, eliminating the need for users to configure external SMTP settings. This simplifies the setup process, ensuring seamless communication without additional configuration steps.
