Read the note I wrote you for today then use the stickers and the white paper to create a picture. You could add details with markers, pencils, crayons and other materials🤩I would love to see your creations! Have fun creating!!
Science - Take a white or clear cup outside and fill it with snow. Place it in a warm place inside your house. We will check on it tomorrow!🥛❄🌞
Find the snowman story sheet like the one in the picture. Colour it, then cut out the 4 rectangles. Put the pages together to tell the story of the snowman. Think about what happens first in the story. You can staple it together to make a book!

In your Fundations packet you will find 2 sheets of paper with the alphabet on them. They look like our magnetic letter boards! Cut out the letters on one and match and glue them onto the other. As you glue say the letter, key word, sound for all the letters you know✂😁

For this activity you will need the supplies in your green bag marked with a pink sticky note "M" for Monday. Create a snowman puppet using the resource shown then glue your sentence on the bottom. Circle the words you know and name your snowman. Remember to stretch out the name and write the letters that match the sounds😃 I can't wait to see your creations!
Now take out the math bag from your green bag.
Take out all the round counters and sort them into groups by color. How many of each color do you have? How many altogether?
Find the paper that looks like this. Write down the letters for each sound you hear in the word to match the object. Watch Mrs. LeClair's video first then you try🤩

Listen to the story- "It's ok to be different" By Sharon Purtill. Hey, I notice the book title is the same as yesterday's book but it is a different author and the story is not the same.
Discuss with your family what is the same and what is different about the two books. Last week we wrote the snap words " I, like" did you notice them in the morning message? Today's story talks about things we like.
Draw a picture of something you like or something you like to do, please put your name on it and write I like.
I like to hike. (This is what Mrs. LeClair likes to do!)

Login to IXL. Click on the learning tab at the top and choose kindergarten:) Work on the tasks in Patterns, H-1. Remember last week we worked on recognizing and creating 2 element colour patterns. On our calendar we noticed an apple pattern. Red apple, green apple, red apple, green apple, red apple, green apple We also started creating a colour pattern with our links as we count to our 100 day party. Our link pattern is blue link, green link, blue link, green link.
Here are some patterns that Mrs. LeClair created at home. Can you create some patterns too? Send them to me, I would love to see them!
