NVCI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) - Practice terminology, review appropriate strategies and staff responses to behaviours, review disengagement techniques and physical holding skills (*if trained, certified in NVCI). Those with more recent training can facilitate the group using the Decision- Making Matrix, for example.
