Closet Factory of West Michigan – Terms of Service for Stripe Payment Portal and Communication Tools

Thank you for choosing Closet Factory of West Michigan. By using our Stripe payment portal and engaging in communications or document processing via Docusign, Salesforce, Google Forms, Constant Contact, email, mail, SMS/texting, and shipping services (including UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Binding Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information through our Stripe payment portal, you irrevocably authorize Closet Factory of West Michigan to charge the specified amount to the payment method you provided. You also authorize us to securely store your payment details within Stripe for future charges related to any services or design installations.

You agree that Closet Factory of West Michigan may automatically charge any saved payment method in Stripe for all scheduled payments, fees, and obligations as outlined in your signed contracts, agreements, or payment plans. You waive any right to dispute these pre-authorized charges except in cases of verified billing errors on our part.

2. Use of Digital and Physical Communication Channels

By engaging with Closet Factory of West Michigan, you consent to receive and transmit information through various digital and physical communication channels, including but not limited to:

• Docusign: For signing and processing agreements.

• Stripe: For secure payment processing.

• Salesforce: For tracking service interactions.

• Google Forms: For gathering and sharing information.

• Constant Contact, email, and SMS/texting: For communication, promotions, and service updates.

• Mail and Shipping Services (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar): For the delivery of physical documents or products.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us promptly of any changes. Failure to do so may result in delays or interruptions in service.

3. Service Fees and Payment Obligations

You are responsible for any processing fees associated with credit card payments, document processing, and mailing or shipping fees, which will be added to your payment at the time of processing.

You are required to keep your payment information current and accurate in our Stripe portal. Failure to update payment information that results in failed transactions may lead to service interruptions or additional fees, including late payment penalties.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Closet Factory of West Michigan is committed to your privacy and security. All sensitive information shared via Docusign, Stripe, Salesforce, Google Forms, and Constant Contact is processed securely and in compliance with their privacy policies. You agree to review each service provider's privacy policy to understand their data practices.

Closet Factory of West Michigan does not directly store your payment details or sensitive information processed by third-party services and is not responsible for data security issues within these systems.

5. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

You agree that any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of any payment, communication, or shipping services will be resolved exclusively in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. Closet Factory of West Michigan reserves the right to choose the method of resolution, whether through litigation, mediation, or binding arbitration.

You agree to be responsible for any legal fees, court costs, or expenses incurred by Closet Factory of West Michigan in collecting any debt owed by you, including fees related to chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or incidents of identity theft.

6. Amendments to Terms of Service

Closet Factory of West Michigan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of any of our services or payment portal constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
