Equipment: Ball (suitable for throwing at each other)

Steps: Make two teams

Batting team starts by throwing the ball, into space, on to the playing field.
Thrower has to run to the end of the playing field and back to score a point. However, they can can choose to stay at the end and run back on another team mate's throw.
Fielding team, who can not run with the ball, have to get the 'batting' team out by throwing the ball at them.
Three outs, swap over.
