Boarder Leave Forms

Termly Boarders

The School will assume that your child will be staying on campus for every weekend of a school term. Parents of termly boarders must complete an online Leave Form by no later than 12h00 on Thursdays if their child will be staying off campus for a weekend during a school term. Please inform your child and the School of your child’s return date and time.

Weekly Boarders

The School will assume that your child will be off campus every weekend during a school term from Friday, 13h30, to Monday, 07h00, unless prior arrangements are made with House Parents. Should your child be leaving school with someone other than yourselves, please complete an online Leave Form.

Going out with a Friend

Boarders require parental consent to leave the campus with friends. Parents must complete an online Leave Form by no later than 12h00 on Thursdays if their child will be staying off campus for a weekend during a school term.

Please inform your child and the House Parent of your child’s return date and time.

Unexpected Leave Requests

Should a parent arrive unexpectedly during the week or over a weekend to take their child off campus, House Parents or the M.O.D. must be informed before departure.

Times of Departure and Arrival

Fridays

Boarders may leave at the end of the academic day by 17h00, provided they have no pre-arranged school commitments.

Saturdays

Boarders may leave after breakfast in their formal uniform (greys) or after sport taking their ‘greys’ with them for after a fixture.

Return Times

Boarders must return to school by 17h00 on a Sunday evening or by 07h00 (strictly) on a Monday morning. If a child returns on Monday morning, they must have time to prepare for school and hand in tuck and valuables.
