Class Goals

Students will learn about the arts and crafts of various cultures in a balanced visual arts program that will help students achieve the visual art state standards. Through lessons and projects, students will further their appreciation and knowledge of utilitarian and nonutilitarian crafts. Students will explore using various materials to create art as well as explore how cottage industries can be built using craft skills
