NC College/University : Use CFNC to send your transcript to all North Carolina colleges/universities unless you have applied through Common App.
The best practice is to apply via CFNC and submit your transcript when you submit your application. Electronic transcript requests may be made (1) upon submittal of a CFNC online admission application submission, or (2) directly from within the Application Hub on CFNC.
If you used the CFNC Application Hub to send your initial electronic high school transcript to the college, the system will automatically send your final transcript after you graduate. If you no longer plan to attend a college, you can cancel the final transcript using the Application Hub. If you did not apply through CFNC, you may still use CFNC to send a final transcript.
If do not have a CFNC account and want help on how to create your account, watch this video . Make note of your username and password!
Out of State College/University (that are not through Common App): students can request up to three transcripts for free as a current student though ScribOrder. The form will appear that you will be charged but current students will not be charged and you can submit the form without payment.
Common App: Your counselor will upload your transcript in Common App for both in and out of state colleges and universities that you have applied to within your Common App portal. Be sure to enter your cournselor's email address correctly.
Paper Copy/PDF: If an organization or scholarship committee requires a paper copy or PDF of your transcript or if you need one for your reference, see Mrs. Murray in Student Services to complete a request for a paper copy. Email Mrs. Murray for a PDF. Your request could take up to 1 week to process, depending on the time of year. Please plan ahead!
If you have taken CCP courses at Cleveland Community College:
You may need to send the community college transcript to the four year college for an admission decision. Find out what the transcript requirements are at each four year college you apply to.
Remember that you will need to send your CCC transcript after final grades have been posted for your last CCP course to the four year college that you will attend so that you can receive the transfer college credits.
A debit or credit card is required for online transcript ordering. Visit CCC website and click on Transcript Request to send your transcript.
If you have a scenario that does not fit on of the above bullet points, email or request to see your counselor.
Students are considered current through June 30 of their graduation year. You may send up to three transcripts electronically for no charge through ScribOrder.
