As of Thursday 23rd October, 2025 we will ask for a deposit of £10 per person for each reservation.
Whilst walk-ins are always welcomed, we recognise that sometimes a reservation may suit some people better, In order to secure a reservation, we ask for £10 per person deposit payable before the booking is confirmed. Generally, this may be either taken off of the bill for events or refunded to the card holder on the day according to the number of people that arrive. Adjustments to numbers may be made up to 24 hours before the reservation without charge by messaging the WhatsApp booking number or calling 07362 587768.
Changes to reservations less than 24 hours in advance
Any changes that result in fewer people attending less than 24 hours in advance will result in the retention of the deposit for that person/people. For clarity, if 8 people booked, and only 6 people turned up on the night then £60 would be refunded and £20 retained.
Private Events
For private hire events we may charge differently according to the special conditions of the bookings. If food is brought into the venue (i.e. not supplied by us) then we charge a £50 clean up fee which includes disposal and recycling post event. This will all be discussed and a separate private hire agreement created.
