Gin MAKING

Over 3 hours, using our bespoke mini copper and glass stills, you will make at least 20cl of your very own herby, spicy, fruity or floral gin in a class of up to 6 people. If you like what you make, we keep it on file and can make a case of your very own gin whenever you want.

Gin TASTING

Over 90mins, you will experience four gins from traditional to contemporary and explore the difference garnishes, ice and mixers have on the overall flavour.

Gin SOCIAL

Our pop-up Cocktail Lounge is open every Thursday to Saturday from 17:00 - 22:00 (Wednesdays and Sundays in December), where we serve made to order cocktails to your table in a chilled, environment with low level music.
