At lunch times students need to remain in the designated area as they are not allowed in the building where lessons are still taking place. Students may:
purchase a lunch using our cashless catering system - cafeteria style
eat a packed lunch in the canteen – or picnic outside in better weather
Students are not allowed to leave the school site.
We can accept no responsibility for the safety of students who take themselves off the school site at lunchtimes and at other times without permission or authorisation.
If your child is entitled to free school meals you will need to register using our online application service:
www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/link2ict and follow the instructions for a New Application.
All FSM applications need to be renewed when transferring from Primary to Secondary school. You will need to apply even if your child is currently receiving free school meals at their current school as this will not automatically transfer over.

Cleeve Park is a “cashless” school and ALL payments for sumer-school, trips, activities and additional learning resources/materials are made online using our cashless payment system - ParentPay.
ALL purchases from the canteen are made using our Biometric System. Student funds are added via a parental account (or by using the onsite revaluator) and full details of items purchased are available by logging into your account. Parents will be provided with details on how to log in to the system.
You will be issued with your ParentPay login details during the summer term.
