Comfortably nestled between Venice and Sarasota, our Osprey office is located on South Tamiami Trail on the West side of S. Tamiami Trail between Bay Street (Super Walmart) and Blackburn Point Road.  Our plaza (Mediterranea Professional Park) is located next to the Extra Space storage facility.

Many of our patients reside in Venice, Sarasota, Brandenton, North Port, Lakewood Ranch, Englewood, Nokomis, Wellen Park, and surrounding areas.
