IN-NETWORK OPTIONS
We are currently in-network with the following payers and plans:
traditional (red white and blue) Medicare
Gulf Coast Provider Network
Gulf Coast Provider Network Select
We are not in-network with most Medicare Advantage/Replacement Plans.
We do not participate in Medicaid or commercial Medicaid plans.
Most commercial insurers no longer contract with small medical practices.
OUT OF NETWORK OPTIONS
Patients who are out-of-network, or without insurance can be seen at a self-pay rate. We strive to give all our patients the highest quality neurological care. Our charges are based on the time and attention we devote to each patient. Our visits are usually more complex that a primary care visit, and can take longer. We recommend you check our reviews on Google.
We charge $400 for a new patient visit, and $250 for follow-up visits. For patient wishing to pre-pay their self-pay initial visit at the time of scheduling (reducing our administrative burden and no-show risk), we offer a $75 one-time prompt pay discount (initial visit only). Please ask for a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling a self-pay visit.
Some patients with out-of-network benefits may be able to get reimbursed by their insurance. A third party service called Reimbursify can help you with this. You can learn more here. We are not affiliated with Reimbursify. You are not required to use Reimbursify. We do not submit charges to insurers and plans with whom we do not have a contract.
SUMMARY OF FINANCIAL POLICIES
For patients with known co-pays and unmet deductibles, we collect the estimated patient responsibility at the time of service.
We require a credit card on file for all patients.
Insurance network status are subject to change.
Cosmetic procedures cannot be billed to insurance.
We impose a 2.3% surcharge on credit card transactions which is equal to our cost in accepting this form of payment.
There is no surcharge for payment by cash or check.
We require that all patients review and acknowledge our financial policies, terms, and conditions prior to scheduling.

All payments for goods and services are non-refundable.
All visits are by appointment only. Our staff does travel between offices. If you need to come into the office for paperwork, scheduling, or to make a payment, we recommend you call the office prior to coming.
