Tessella PISMO Platform comes in 2 sizes: Size: 600 x 600mm and 1000 x 1000 mm. Highly rigid with low mass, our 3-dimension surface creates workspace above and below robot base. Straightness and flatness a 100 um across the plane and a positional accuracy of 20uM ensures self calibration of your system.

Continue a rapid system design by selecting standard modules, partially/fully configured modules or design your own. Each module plate is precision machined and will position within 20uM when place on the PISMO 600 or 1000 series platform.
These specialty plates are designed and pre-machined to mount with most popular brands of vision cameras, barcode readers and lasers giving the system a plug and play feature and allowing the user to focus on the more important tasks such as programming or application specific tasks.
Tessella robot plates are designed and prefabbed to mount with most popular brands of robots and robot types. These modules give flexibility to position your robot with precision or modularity on the PISMO platform.

Once your automation platform is done, complete the cell by dropping the PISMO platform into an enclosure. Tessella manufactures floor standing and table top lower enclosures complete with a top enclosure if needed for robot safety compliance.
Partner kits or kits by Tessella further advance functionality to your process. Add a hepa filter to an enclosure or a material transfer conveyor with pallets are some kits that adapt to the PISMO platform and to help expand and complete the cell architecture.
Industrial robots need enclosure and controls to satisfy robot safety regulations. The Tesscon mini and max gateway controller is a plug and play safety device that provides instant safety and compliance to your robot cell.
High speed software design and deployment is achieved through Tessella's UR Cap plugin for Universal Robot cobot deployments. Robot path planning and process developments are hash out through 3D simulations in RoboDK and ported over to Realtime on the PISMO platform and robot SW interface.
