Fiction

In the summer of 1995, celebrity Ruby Price and her mother Kate, moved from the lime-light of Hollywood, to the dilapidated old Pinehill Estate. A beautiful, 100-plus room, second-empire style manor set far back in the seclusion of the Sierra foothill’s town of Cross Creek. But what Ruby and her mother aren’t ready to face, is the idea that beauty, age, and elegance, all lead back to one person from their family’s past: The Devil Himself.

Is it the fame plunging itself like a syringe into the brain of Ruby Price, or is it somebody else’s chtonic coercion, hidden from behind the velvet curtain of the supernatural? Follow Ruby as she navigates deceit, hidden dangers, and mal-intended monsters, in books: Red & Ruby, combined into the novel, Cypress Row.
