Din Tai Fung in Anaheim, California was absolutely incredible. We started off with a cucumber salad as our appetizer. It was crispy and packed with flavor. We then moved on to one of our main dishes, chicken fried rice. It was enjoyable and everyone at our table loved it. Next, we had the noodles with spicy sauce. They were spicy, but not overly spicy. It was topped with green onions and a radish slice, which both added a nice pop of color. The last main dish we ordered was the chicken spicy wontons. Everyone at our table agreed that it was the best dish. It was filled with umami flavors and I would highly recommend it. Lastly, we indulged in the chocolate buns for dessert. The bun was fluffy and soft. They had a decadent chocolate lava filling. Overall, Din Tai Fung is a must visit for anyone craving Taiwanese/Chinese food.
