Every day, culinary artists are being born in the kitchens of Clayton Valley. Here, we see some of the culinary creations from Foods and International Cuisine as well as submissions from local gardeners and our home chefs.
A fall harvest of shallots, tomatoes, peppers... and a strawberry!
Since Spring of 2023, The Garden Club, spearheaded by senior Arwen Singh, has been planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting in Clayton Valley's Community Garden. Currently, there are crops of herbs, fruits, and vegetables for our students and staff to enjoy.
Current Fall Harvest: tomatoes, chard, lettuce, cucumbers, squash, chili peppers, shallots, sage, mint, strawberries.
