Parent Portal Password Reset Information
If you are experiencing issues with Infinite Campus or you NEVER had a Parent Portal account, please complete the link: SUPPORT HELP LINK
Your Clayton County school district provides the Edulog Parent Portal smartphone app to help you receive information about your child’s school bus ride. It allows you to:
(1) access designated bus stop times and locations
(2) see real-time information about the location of your child’s school bus
(3) receive notifications when the bus is getting close
Only the parent(s)guardian(s)/caretaker(s) who enrolled the student(s) may withdraw the student(s). Clayton County Public Schools must have a copy of your driver’s license or other state issued ID to begin the withdrawal process.
School Transfer Process
All students transferring to other schools must withdraw from their current school and register at their new school.
The Infinite Campus Parent Portal will assist Parents/Guardians with Withdrawals, Transfers, and Re-verification during the current school year. Instructions are linked to the right.
If you are not able to access your Parent Portal to submit your withdrawal, please use the CCPS Elementary Student Withdrawal Intent Form
If you are a K12 DISTRICT seeking to transfer the record of a former Clayton County Public Schools student, click here.
