Only the parent(s)guardian(s)/caretaker(s) who enrolled the student(s) may withdraw the student(s). Clayton County Public Schools must have a copy of your driver’s license or other state issued ID to begin the withdrawal process. 

School Transfer Process

• • All students transferring to other schools must withdraw from their current school and register at their new school. 

    • • The Infinite Campus Parent Portal will assist Parents/Guardians with Withdrawals, Transfers, and Re-verification during the current school year.  Instructions are linked to the right. 

        • If you are not able to access your Parent Portal to submit your withdrawal, please use the CCPS Elementary Student Withdrawal Intent Form

• Home Study Program Declaration Of Intent

  • Georgia law requires parents or guardians who teach their children at home to submit to the Georgia Department of Education (GADOE) an annual Declaration of Intent form. A Declaration of Intent must be submitted to the Georgia Department of Education within 30 days after establishment of a home study program and by September 1 annually thereafter.
