CCPS Observes School Safety week Aug 29-Sept 2
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) will dedicate the week of Monday, August 29 to Friday, September 2, as CCPS School Safety Week. This is part of the district’s ongoing efforts to promote school connectedness and school safety while reinforcing Clayton County Public Schools’ commitment to creating and maintaining safe, positive, orderly and restorative school environments that produce and nurture future-ready scholars and future-forward leaders.
Registration Information
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) registration for the 2022-2023 school year is open! To register your child(ren) for school in CCPS during the upcoming school year, please see the attached flyers for the list of required documents needed for registration. Please be advised that students registering for kindergarten must be five years old on or before September 1, 2022, to enter public kindergarten.
Parents/Guardians/Caretakers enrolling elementary school children may also receive support by visiting Central Office South/Old Lovejoy Middle School or via email exchange, studentregistration@clayton.k12.ga.us, requesting assistance. New student registration support includes completion of the online registration application, address inquiries/updates, and document uploading.
Families may obtain support with new student registration at all school sites beginning on Monday, July 25, 2022. Please find below the hours of support by level.
Georgia Law requires all public school students to have an up-to-date Georgia Immunization Form 3231 unless the student has an exemption (medical or religious). Please see the attached Immunization Notice for vaccination requirements.
