COLOR GUARD

LSW Color Guard coach, Megan Watson, has been involved in the marching arts since 1999. She attended Lincoln East High School where she was part of the color guard for four years. After high school Megan was a member of the University of Nebraska Cornhusker Marching Band and completed in Winter Guard International and Drum and Bugle corps. Megan has 20 years experience instructing and choreographing for high schools in both Nebraska and Missouri. In addition to teaching color guard Megan has her Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska.

LSW Color Guard is comprised of students in grades 9-12 and perform with the LSW Varsity Marching Band. Auditions for the LSW Color Guard occur in the spring and students have bi-weekly rehearsals in the summer to prepare for the fall marching season.
