High school dance teams offer an experience like no other. A team comprised of young dancers sharing a passion for dance from many studios can be a recipe for great success and memories! I believe excellence in leadership, cooperation, communication, collaboration and a positive attitude are the keys to a successful team and year.
Coaching the Emeralds takes precision, organization, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to mediate team collaboration and a great work ethic. I am a strategic thinker and I’m results-focused. I love cultivating the strengths of my team members and take pride in my ability to unite them in working towards a common goal. I help develop teamwork among the members and I support them to become the leaders I know they can be. I enjoy solidifying lasting relationships between the dancers, parents and myself.
Coaching this team is something that I am passionate about. I get incredible joy in making a positive impact on my dancers as they become young adults.
