Hello! I moved to Winchester, VA from Altoona, PA in July of 2020 and I am excited to start my 17th year of teaching and my 6th year at Boyce! I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary/Special Education from Slippery Rock University along with a Master's degree in Special Education Supervision. I'm looking forward to teaching 1st grade again this year and building a sense of community with the school and students. I love teaching kids to read and watching their progress throughout the year! I'm looking forward to meeting your kiddos :)

Hello Boyce Cardinal Families!! I moved to Winchester, VA from Loudoun County, VA with my two spoiled rotten cats in November 2021. I graduated from the University of Virginia College at Wise with a BA in Sociology/Psychology and a teacher certification in Nursery School/Kindergarten through third grade. I also hold a Montessori teacher certification in Early Childhood Education from Northern Virginia Montessori Institute in Ashburn, VA. I am excited to be starting my 29th year of teaching and to be back for my fifth year at Boyce Elementary teaching 1st grade!
