Girls Learning from Other Women(GLOW)

We started a new program in 2023 at RDC for young ladies. Girls Learning from Other Women(GLOW). This program will have local successful Women speak to a group of 20 RDC female students twice a month.  This year, we are expanding the GLOW to GRC meeting monthly. These women will share their life experience with the students, thus giving them a role model to learn from.
