SENIOR SECTION SUBMISSIONS WILL CLOSE ON 

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025 

Important information - please read before completing your submission form:

This form can only be submitted one time, so please thoroughly read all of the directions here before working on your submission. 

Please complete this Google Form to have your senior information included in the yearbook! Again - you can only submit this form once, so please collect all of your information before filling it out. You should receive an auto-response that your form has been successfully submitted! Please follow the submission guidelines here and contact our adviser, Mrs. Miller, with any questions. 

Here are details for each of the items you'll be submitting for the senior section of the yearbook:

Senior Quotes/Activities:

This year we are giving a few more options for quotes! You can submit your own quote, choose a quote from our list, or give us a few major activities to sum up your high school career! (please only pick one of the options)

Quote Guidelines:

- Keep it school appropriate

- If you have to ask if it's acceptable, it probably isn't

- Keep quote at 15-20 words max

- If you quote someone other than yourself give them credit!

- Please use correct spelling and punctuation

- Quotes should be positive and meaningful

- Quotes may serve as a dedication (Ex.: "Thank you mom and dad for always being there for me."

- Quotes may not simply be a reference to a timestamp, bible verse, etc. (it must be written out & credited)

Quotes that will not be accepted:

- Lyrics that are unclear or referencing indirect content

- Acronyms

- Derogatory terms or slurs

- Slang terms/phrases

- Inappropriate language

- Indirect references (referring to songs, movies, T.V. show time stamps, etc. Ex.: Season # Episode # @#.## of The Office)

- Negative impressions

- Any quote that does not have a clear, appropriate meaning (if Mrs. Miller has to ask, it's going to be denied).

Important FYI: If you do not submit a senior portrait, your school portrait will be used. If you did not get your school portrait taken (and don't submit a senior portraits) and A) Did not go to OPG for your portrait or B) We could not take a make up portrait for you, then a "stand in" Cirillo the Cougar portrait will be used in your space. If you do not submit a baby photo, a "stand in" baby Cirillo photo will be used in your space. 

Senior Portrait:

You may submit one senior portrait to be included in the yearbook. We will only accept digital submissions via the form. 

Photo Guidelines:

• Senior portraits must be in portrait style (vertical images only!)

• NO landscape (horizontal) photos

• NO candid photos

• Image minimum size: 3.5" vertical X 2.5" horizontal

• Image resolution minimum 300 dpi

• Digital JPG images ONLY! (NO PNG, HEIC, or Tiffs)

• Portrait should be waist up (full body shots end up too small in the book)

• NO sunglasses

• Must be wearing school-appropriate clothing

• NO snap chat or other filters applied to the image

• NO selfies

• The senior must be the only one in the photo

• NO watermarks! If you are working with a professional photographer, you must purchase the image to submit it.

• Must be a newer photo (taken over the summer to present)

File Naming:

File should be named as follows: Lastname_Firstname.jpg

• Example: Smith_Kayla.jpg

Please double check your file's spelling before submission.

Baby Photo:

You may submit one baby photo to be included in the yearbook. We will only accept digital submissions via the form. 

Photo Guidelines:

• Submit one photo of yourself age 0-5.

• NOBODY else in the photo.

• You must be clothed (school-appropriate) in the photo.

• Digital JPG images ONLY! (NO PNG, HEIC, or Tiffs)

File naming:

File should be named as follows: Lastname_Firstname_baby.jpg

• Example: Smith_Kayla_baby.jpg
