SENIOR TRIBUTE SUBMISSIONS WILL CLOSE ON 

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025 

or when tribute spaces fill, whichever comes first.

Important information - please read before completing your submission form:

Senior tributes are accepted until the due date or until all spaces are filled, whichever comes first. Tributes are on a first paid, first placed basis. *Please submit payment and tribute at the same time.* 

Please include an email address that you check frequently. If we have any questions or if we are sending you a proof, timely communication is important. 

If you are submitting tributes for multiple seniors, you will need to complete this form for each student.

We cannot accept physical tribute submissions. Please follow the submission guidelines here and contact our adviser, Mrs. Miller, with any questions. You should receive an auto-response that your form has been successfully submitted! 

Submission of this form is considered a binding contract. Please promptly make the appropriate payment online via your student's account or in person (ASB bookkeeper's office) via cash, check, or card (processing fee applies). If paying by check, please make checks payable to CKHS yearbook; memo 2026 senior tribute. 

When you complete your form, you'll be asked to provide the following information:

• Senior's name

• Your relationship to the senior

• If the tribute is a surprise for your senior

• Which size of tribute you are purchasing:

  • Full page: $185 (+ $20 if Echo staff is designing it)

    • 8.5" x 11" vertical

    • up to 15-20 images

    • up to approx. 150 word message

  • Half page: $105 (+ $20 if Echo staff is designing it)

    • 8.5" x 5" horizontal

    • up to 8-10 images

    • up to approx. 150 word message

• If the Echo staff is designing your tribute or if you're submitting a self-designed tribute

• You'll be asked to rename your file(s) for ease of information tracking:

  • Self-designed tribute: Lastname_Firstname_self_tribute.jpg

  • Individual photos (if Echo staff is designing it): Lastname_Firstname_Tribute_#.jpg

If the Echo staff is designing your tribute, you will receive a digital proof via email with approximately one week to approve or request changes. If we receive no approval or requests, your tribute will print as designed. We cannot accommodate change requests beyond the proof request date. If you self-design your tribute, you will not receive a proof email. Please note that colors may show differently on your screen. The Echo yearbook staff is not responsible for color differences between screens and final print.

Senior tributes are due (paid and submitted) NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025 (or if spaces fill before then).

The submission form will be closed immediately after Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
