The role of the Advisory Team is to provide input and support the vision of the District, oversee the implementation of the Design Plan, be knowledgeable about the Vision and the Plan, provide suggestions as to Taskforce/team leaders and members of these teams, serve as liaisons to provide progress reports from the taskforces/teams conducting the work, and to update Executive Cabinet and the Board of Education periodically in correspondence or presentations.
