High School Recommendations

It is such an exciting time for your children as they prepare to choose a high school! As we begin the year, please take note of the high school recommendation procedure to ensure quick and accurate delivery.

• Please make sure all needed parent information is complete on the transcript form/recommendation forms. Many forms require a parent signature.

• Each transcript request should be accompanied with an envelope addressed to the school, with CJF as the return address, and with two stamps.

• Even though there may be an option to be fax the information, due to confidentiality concerns, we will only mail documents.

• Each teacher recommendation should be accompanied by an envelope addressed to the school, with CJF as the return address, and with one stamp.

• Please make sure your child is aware to hand all of these forms to his/her homeroom teacher so we can track where they are and when they are sent. Also, please discuss with your child which teachers should fill out the recommendations. Please be aware that some schools request that an ELA or Math teacher completes the recommendation.
