All students in the Preshool and grade 1 attended the event and only one forgot to bring a sleeping suit. The school ensured there was no child left behind. The students changed into their sleeping suits, brushed their teeth, gargled with a mouthwash and settled into bed, where their teacher read them a story. There was that pillow-fight! Thereafter they slept, waking an hour later for yoga, a "cold shower", a change back into uniform, breakfast and brushing teeth thereafter. It was wonderful!

We await drawings and write-ups, some of which we will post on this page!

"A Field Trip To PAF Museum

 Niran Imran of 4C

"We went to the PAF Museum on 4th October. First we had our assembly then our teacher took us to the bus. When we were leaving the school all the kids were shouting and cheering until the gate closed behind us. My best friend and I sat together. We all ate some snacks on the way but not all.

"When we arrived at the museum, we went into the garden. We rolled down the hill and had so much fun. Then our teachers took us into the museum hall. My friend was very scared of the fake statues because they looked real but no one was afraid except her. We saw many  medals, badges our heroes earned for sacrificing their lives for Pakistan and their uniforms were also kept in the glass boxes.

"I even saw a picture of Marium Mukhtiar who became the first woman pilot in the Air Force. Her personal belongings were also kept on display. There, we went upstairs and I even saw a room named (Operation Theater Swift). I was amazed looking at  the statues of Quaid-e Azam and his sister, Fatima Jinnah. Then it was time to leave the museum. We ate our snacks and played in the park area and just then an army officer came in uniform and all the children gathered around him. Finally it was time to go back to school.  We  all went into the bus and we all were singing songs. When the field trip was about to be over we all were really sad.

We all went home happily because of the awesome Field Trip."

A Field Trip to PAF Museum

Hussain Rana - 5C

We were going on a field  trip on 4th October 2022. I was very excited and could not sleep the entire night before. I kept tossing and turning over the bed. When the alarm clock rang I sprang out of bed. I gobbled my breakfast like a little wolf. I changed into my uniform and got to school  early. I got into my class and met my friends. Soon, it was time for assembly.

After the assembly we went back to the classroom. We took our bags. My bag was full of goodies, juice, crisps, cookies, cakes and so  much more. I was  going to share it all with my friends during snack time. We waited for 15 minutes. The teachers took us to the bus and we sat down on the seats. Fortunately, my friend and I got to sit in the front seat where the refreshing breeze blew. We were off to the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Museum. We went through an underpass and everyone screamed crazily until my ear drums were about to explode. I saw my favourite white Mercedes sports car whizzed by us. We finally arrived at our destination. When we got off the bus I spotted a white Hunter helicopter whizzing and whirring as it flew across the clear blue skies. Anyways, we made a line to go to the archive gallery .

On the way to the gallery we saw a CA 38 Hydra Jet and a funny Chinook 88 helicopter . We also saw a train zipping across . After a long walk we entered the gallery. Inside we saw models and original planes, mannequins, weapons and badges . Also the belongings of our national heroes who sacrificed their lives for our motherland, Pakistan.

There were statues of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and his sister Fatima Jinnah which looked like real. We enjoyed ourselves in the engine room where the engines of some famous jets were kept.

After an eternity of, we stepped outside the gallery . Our teachers clicked our pictures and captured some fun filled moments in our lives in their cameras. We had our snacks and played games in the grass area , especially 'rolling down the hill'.

After a few hours of learning and fun it was time to go back to school."
