Students who have elected to be on campus will begin to attend classes in person on November 9. Classes begin at 8:30 am at the Spruce Hill Campus for all students whether remote or in-person, grades K-5.

Please log into your student portal to gain access to your schedule and course links. If you have trouble with the links in the portal please refer to the list of teacher links to the right to gain access to your classes.

Arrival:
Students will be scanned for temperature upon arrival and should be wearing a mask BEFORE they enter the building. We are asking parents to give a big hug to your student outside and a staff person will escort students into the building.
Morning Care begins at 7:30 am.
Students should arrive based on the following schedule:
Grades K, 2 and 5 - 8:00 to 8:15 am
Grades 1, 3, and 4 - 8:15 to 8:30 am
Buses should arrive by 8:30 am
Families with students in multiple grades should arrive at the earlier time block.
Classes begin between 8:30 and 8:45 am. If buses are late or if you are stuck behind a traffic accident, please DON'T RUSH or worry. The safety of students and parents is our primary concern. Grace will be extended to all those in need.
Dismissal:
Students will be dismissed on the following schedule:
Grades K, 2 and 5 - 3:15 to 3:30 pm
Grades 1, 3, and 4 - 8:30 to 3:45 pm
Buses should leave campus by 3:30 pm
Families with students in multiple grades should arrive at the earlier time block.
Pick-up Directions:
Parents/Guardians picking up students by vehicle should start in the car line that begins on S. 41st Street between Pine and Baltimore. A staff person will be stationed by the parking lot entrance in the middle of the block to whom you will give the name of the student you are picking up. Vehicles will then make a right onto Baltimore Ave. and a right onto 42nd Street. Another staff person will meet you at the vehicle with the student and place them in the back seat. Please stay in your vehicle to keep the flow of traffic moving.
Parents/Guardians walking up to pick up students should go to the ramp on 42nd Street. A staff person will dismiss students from the chapel.
LUNCH: Please send a healthy lunch and snack each day this week.
MASKS: Masks will be required all day.
