Supervises seminary students and candidates in process toward becoming ministers of word and sacrament

Processes the call of ministers of word and sacrament to classis churches and congregations

Oversees the development of commissioned pastors who are pursuing a non-traditional path to pastoral ministry through the RCA's apprenticeship model for ministerial formation.
