Meet Our Current Year Seven Students

We can't wait to meet you! In the meantime, we wanted to share with you some of the things we love about our Academy!

Amber says, 'You should look forward to science experiments and cooking. It's great in the music rooms. I love the food here and dance lessons are amazing!'

Chizara says, 'The school will accept you! You will do great. You will be rewarded.'

Zak says, 'There is nothing to be scared of. In year 7 at the start it is kind of hard to find class but people will help you and you'll get used to it in no time. I wish you the best'

Saivi says, 'Starting secondary school isn't as bad as you think. The Enrichment clubs are great. You will definitely get used to it straight away!'

Lyla says, ' Secondary school is not scary and you can show your unique personality.'

Isla says, 'Secondary school is not as daunting as they think and everything will be okay. Just be yourself!'

Tayjah says, 'This school has really good food! It's a big school but that means there are lots of people to make friends with. Once you get used to it, which you will, you'll be fine!'

Phoebe says, 'All the teachers are kind and caring, you will find lots of new friends.'

Lacey says, 'This school is safe and the teachers are very caring. Don't be scared! Ask any question and they'll help you!'

Laya says, ' Outwood City has boosted my confidence. The teachers are kind and will always listen and help you. I know I am a year 7 but this school has helped me to feel like I fit in and have a place and I've found lots of friends. There's a variety of activities to participate in after school. You can volunteer to help out. I really love this school and I think you will, too!'
