Step 1:

Got o wa.sunyocc.edu and click Log In

Step 2:

Select: Reset Password (all others)
Make sure you section the second Reset Password (all other) option

Step 3:

Enter your OCC user name
- Ask your facilitator for your user name

Step 4:

Security Question
- What is your student/employee number?
  - Ask your facilitator for your ID number
  - Make sure there is a 0 in front of the number
- What is the date of your birthday?

Step 5:

Create a New Password

Step 6:

After you create your own password -
- Go to http://www.sunyocc.edu/students
- Click on Blackboard Online Classes
- Click next to the ? on the hidden login on the upper right side of the page

- Use your newly created information
