RCG SPECTRUM

The MS4 Coverage Report is completed for every MS4 Spectrum Tower that RCG handover. GIS will confirm whether the RCG declared SH KM Blackspots, Council B Roads KM Blackspots and Tourist Spots are indeed covered and serviced by the predicted .SHP coverage files.

The MS4 Coverage  Report must highlight each Tower that has a variance >15% compared to the RCG submitted SH KM Blackspots, Council B Roads KM Blackspots and Tourist Spots when tested against the provided prediction .SHP coverage files.
