The MS4 Coverage Report is completed for every MS4 Tower that RCG handover. GIS will confirm whether the RCG declared EEU's, SH KM Blackspots and Tourist Spots are indeed covered and serviced by the predicted .SHP coverage files.
The MS4 Coverage Report must highlight each Tower that has a variance >15% compared to the RCG submitted EEU IDs, SH KM Blackspots and Tourist Spots when tested against the provided prediction .SHP coverage files.
