CIP H&S INSPECTIONS

H&S INSPECTION SCHEDULING

This form is used by the CIP Project Managers to schedule H&S inspections with CIP H&S Inspectors. The CIP H&S Inspectors will then conduct H&S inspections on the relevant projects sites/nodes and capture the H&S inspection reporting data in the H&S Inspection Report Form.

The CIP Project Managers need to ensure that they upload all the relevant H&S inspection information (Supporting Documents) to allow the H&S Inspectors to conduct and effortless H&S inspection:

- Project details

- Relevant Contractors contact details (email and mobile phone)

- High Level scope of the H&S inspection

This form is used by the H&S Inspectors to submit a H&S inspection Report. The H&S Inspector will submit a H&S Inspection Report for each Site/Node inspected.
