Whynaught

Whynaught consists of a series of islands that were once multiple countries, but joined together in fear the mainland was going to take over. They have a better organized government than Terr, and have a direct democracy with decentralization, much like real-world Switzerland. It is the art capital of the solar system, and features both adaptions of human music (notable examples: ska and jazz) and its own music (notable examples: threefold-phunk, and torpidcore), as well as museums, and many well-known artists are from here. Demonics and English are more socially acceptable to speak here, rather than Terrian.
