With the assassination of this perpetrator, Silvia can't help but wonder how to continue her plans now...

Silvia made her dress herself.
Cordelia Maynard once was so mad at her sister, she changed the name of Silvia's organization to the "Uniquornio Capitalists," (Uniquornio was her sister's alter ego at the time) and made them the main villains of the story instead of Ectumus.
Silvia wears her blindfold to protect her eyes from the sun, but the reason it's a blindfold instead of sunglasses is to keep anonymity and protect her from being easily identified by the authorities.
Silvia lives in Red City, and has made it so that almost 30% of the population in her area is part of her organization.
