"We, Indonesians, should have balanced meal on our plate according to Tumpeng Gizi Seimbang (healthy food pyramid)"
During earth day fair, we did a campaign, spreading awareness, and explanations about our topic. Rafee created an infographic about plastic pollution and food resources. Dhika explained about how to do sustainable edible farming. Atha created an infographic about world hunger. Lastly, Raydan created a video about Malnutrition and Poverty.

We created a donation event where people in our community donated food from their houses’ leftovers. How it worked is in the morning, we gave them containers. Through the morning they will fill in the container with food. Around the afternoon time, we will collect the containers and combine them into healthy and balanced meals. Then, it will be distributed to those in need. It was done on the 26th of April 2022.
We chose this donation as one of our actions because it is an action that can change people’s mindset of donating to the people in need, instead of wasting their leftovers. Besides that, of course it can help the ones in need directly, and they can get a glimpse of a balanced meal.
The action is about creating a garden filled with plants that are edible. I did these action for my solution because this is one of the ways to solve my issue. Because my issue is over-marketization, I wanna find a way to solve it. So, I created sustainable edible farming (SEF) as my solution because you get the vegetables for less, and you get a way more nutritious, fresh and healthy crops. Although they take 3 months, or even more, it is worth the wait.
Our progress is really good. Our plants are more than halfway to harvest! So, I think the results will come great as it is my first time gardening.
The action is about a fundraising project that me and my friends did. We also uploaded this poster picture in instagram and people could order to join the fundraising. The first batch was on May 22, and the 2nd batch was on May 24. The food that we made was tofu fried rice. The reason why we chose to cook this plant-based food is because it is a common Indonesian food and also very healthy for your body and better for the environment.
The reason why we chose this action is because we see a lot of people in need so after people buy the food, we will give the money to people in need. For the food packaging, we did not choose any plastic food packaging, so we minimise any harm to the environment.
Per 22 May, 103 packages of the fried rice has already ordered. All the profit would be donated to the beneficaries from the food charity in Jakarta as our goal to end the hunger in our region.
We also created a learning resource for people to know their nutritional status. People will fill in some questions, then they will get the result. After getting the result, they will proceed to getting some tips for having a balanced and healthy eating habit. Also, this resource is already approved by a nutrition expert from FATKILLA.
