Returns and Exchanges

At CVFS we have a strict returns and exchange policy. Any inquiry for a return or exchange must be made within 24 hours of original purchase. Inquiries can be made in-person, through phone call, or by direct messaging any of our social medias. Any inquiry for a return or exchange must be made with the original proof of purchase; this can include a receipt, invoice, or sales order. CVFS is unable to prosses any inquiry for a return or exchange that lacks the original proof of purchase and or has failed to be submitted within the 24 hour grace period. This is a strict policy implemented at CVFS, no exceptions are made.
