Driver Team
Chula Vista Foods has immediate job openings for dependable Delivery Truck Drivers to safely operate a 15-26 ft boxed truck and unload/deliver various products to an assigned route schedule. Using a positive, friendly attitude, our drivers build relationships with each customer and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.
It takes a special kind of driver to work for Chula Vista Foods. Do you have what is takes?
Yes, age is just a number but drivers must be 21+ years of age.
License to drive - requires a valid Class C Driver License with a "clean" driving record (no single DUI in the last 3 years and no multiple DUIs within the last 7 years).
must pass pre-employment testing ( Background Check).
Let’s talk - requires ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Must have brains - basic math skills are important.
Don’t forget the brawns - our drivers frequently lift, push, or move product weighing up to 100 pounds.
Winning attitude and approachable personality is a necessity.
Flexibility is key - overtime hours, working weekends and holidays, and the ability to start at a variety of times all are required in order to successfully meet customers' needs

Floor Team
This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, pulling customers sales order from warehouse, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders and delivering product to the floor in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires working 4:00am- until end-of-shift. Overtime hours and working weekends and holidays are required in order to successfully fill customers’ orders. Job requires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditions, and on selecting environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).

18+ years of age
Pass pre-employment testing (Background Check, Physical Abilities Test).
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
3 months’ warehouse experience
3 months’ experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
Previous experience in foodservice industry
Professional Skills:
Able to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard.
Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment.
Able to meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
Wages: $15.00-17.00
GROCERY WAREHOUSE
Sales Floor Team Associate
This position contributes to CVFS success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the CVFS experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality products at a great price, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Basic RESPONSIBILITIES
Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer.
Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.).
Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product.
Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
Follows Companies preferred work methods at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, personal protective equipment. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely operate all mechanical equipment.
Frequently lift product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; frequently reach up to 72 inches; constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift, retrieving items from lower shelf areas.
Shrink-wrap product on loading dock.
Attend all required company meetings.
Other duties may be assigned.
