On 9/6/2023, both Applied Geometry and Common Core Geometry were tasked with creating a gumdrop structure with toothpicks to be able to hold the weight of a textbook.  During this activity, the importance of planning and learning from our failures was the emphasis as less than half the groups were able to successfully hold a book with their design.
