Father-Child Basketball Camp
The CHS staff will instruct fathers and their children in games, drills, and activities that can help improve their basketball skills. There will be an emphasis on teaching the dads how to work with their sons. Dads and children will also compete in various drills together. This would be a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your children and also help him learn some techniques to help them understand the game of basketball. These camps are designed to provide position-specific instruction to football players entering grades 6th-8th in the 2025-2026 school year.
Middle School Lineman Camp 4001
This two-day football camp will be run by the Catholic High Football varsity coaching staff. The purpose of this camp is to help each athlete learn offensive and defensive line football skills to be used in their upcoming season. Offensive linemen include Centers, Guards, Tackles, and Tight Ends. Defensive linemen include Nose Guards, Tackles, Ends, and Linebackers. In 2 days of camp, athletes will get practices paired with meetings, complete with instruction using film from the drill work at the camp. Instruction will focus on position specific drills to make each camper better linemen. Campers will hear from coaches not only football instruction but will also hear about the importance of academic performance and how that will help to make them better teammates. Athletes from the same team will be grouped together whenever possible. Although this is a non-contact camp, athletes will need cleats, helmets, and mouthpieces. A limited number of helmets are available if needed.

Positions included are quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, linebackers and defensive backs. In two days of camp, athletes will get practices paired with meetings, complete with instruction using film from the drill work at the camp. We will conclude each day with 7 on 7 competition. Campers will hear from coaches not only football instruction but will also hear about the importance of academic performance and how that will help to make them better teammates. Athletes from the same team will be grouped together whenever possible. Although this is a non-contact camp, athletes will need cleats, helmets, and mouthpieces. A limited number of helmets are available if needed.

The purpose of this camp is to help each athlete learn offensive and defensive football skills and enjoy getting to play flag football games. Each day players will participate in drill work and get to enjoy playing flag football games. Campers will hear from coaches not only football instruction but will also hear about the importance of academic performance and how that will help to make them better teammates. Campers will need to wear athletic shirt and short, athletic shoes and cleats. Water will be provided but athletes may also bring their own water bottle and cash for concessions.

Flag Football 4001 - 1st-4th grade

This one-day tackling clinic will be run by the Catholic High Football varsity staff. The purpose of this clinic is to teach and drill the fundamentals necessary for safe tackling. The CHS staff specializes in teaching “rugby tackling” technique, which takes the head out of tackling and increases player safety. Players will start in the classroom and learn proper techniques, then put these techniques into practice in drills on the field. There will be no “live tackling” only controlled, teaching style drill work. Athletes will be grouped with other players that are their age group. Athletes will need cleats, helmets, and mouthpieces. A limited number of helmets are available if needed. Youth coaches are welcome to attend to gain insight on teaching techniques.

This three-session QB School will be run by CHS quarterbacks coach Caleb Williamson. The purpose of this camp is to give individual instruction, helping each athlete improve at the quarterback position by focusing on development in the skills and fundamentals of the position. In each session, athletes will participate in film sessions in the classroom, footwork and mechanics instruction, QB specific drill work, and arm care. Athletes will need cleats, a football, and a notebook.

This four-day course will teach the fundamentals of catching, passing, shooting, dodging, offense and defensive positions for boys interested in playing lacrosse. Participants will be instructed through drills, practices and different kinds of lacrosse-related games on the field, all designed to teach the fundamental concepts behind the sport. Campers are expected to bring all their lacrosse gear with them. Lacrosse equipment is available for a select number of participants who may need to borrow some.
