The Leadership Development Seminar is conducted for the leaders of CHRIST, to provide them with an opportunity for self-reflection along with learning; and to inspire the leaders to take on the aspects of applying Servant leadership, and Agile leadership within their leadership roles at CHRIST. The Seminar concentrates on understanding the important topics of leadership such as escape velocity, entrepreneurship, strategy & leadership, and leading young minds –learning skills for life.
