Day One and Day Two
The first two days of the workshop were dedicated to Servant Leadership as it is considered as the new paradigm in leadership, as it can produce the best of both i.e. Results and Relationships while creating a whole new culture and environment of leadership within the campus.
Day Three
The last day of the workshop was dedicated to focus on Agile Leadership - 'How to develop an Agile Mindset that aligns with Being Agile and not just Doing agile - As agile leadership cannot be translated into action without Agile mindset at individual level, team and organization perspective'.
The primary focus of the workshop on day one and day two was to enable individuals to understand and practice Servant Leadership philosophy, in a practical, personalized manner, built around the competency SLAM framework consisting of seven behaviors and key 10 attributes
Cohort One of the Leadership Development Seminar/worship took place on the 11, 12 & 13 in the CHRIST Hosur road campus in the 4th floor of the Seminar Hall in the PU College Block.
Cohort 2 was dedicated to cover servant leadership and cohort two of another Leadership Development Seminar/workshop took place online on 4, 5 and 6 May 2020.
1) Work through as groups to come to an understanding of what Servant leadership is truly about, and to call out what it is and what it is not?
2) A 360-degree feedback survey was administered to each participant prior to the workshop (Menorah Servant Leadership Assessment- MSLA)
3) Three-day intensive seminar/workshop would culminate with participants who are leaders coming up with a specific action plan that would be presented to the registrar and the CHRIST leadership team for it to be prioritized and ratified by leadership at the top for implementation.
