Yes, I picked my philosophy from a childhood favorite cartoon! Hakuna Matata means no worry, and I have tried to implement in everything I do. I try to not worry about a problem, and skip the phase entirely, and directly jump to execution of whatever solution I can conjure up - something I'm really good at.
I have struggled with attention issues, but at one point I realized procrastination was my biggest enemy. I traced the route of this problem to one thing - worry - and gave it up. I believe we can get a lot more done in life if we stop worrying, and the philosophy has done wonders for me.
..and to think they say cartoons are useless!
