Each product has a Shopify Product Page and its here were all the products stay within unisen. Below is a complete walk through the Shopify Product Page, and all the assets that go into it, ONLY AFTER its been created via Apliiq. 

DESCRIPTION: The Description although meant for the website, is used by other platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and others. So make sure to place in here. Meta Descriptions, and Product Descriptions Meta Field. 

When a Product is created in Apliiq, the description is created using their blank template description. Make sure to replace it in all there areas: 

• Product Descriptions

• Meta Description

• URL 

• Product Descriptions Meta Field

The category helps auto build the Product Layout. When you create the product, it will say UNCATEGORIED. So you will need to go in and choose the category that best classifies the product added 

This area is auto created within Apliiq. To create a new variant, you must do so within Apliiq. CLICK HERE to learn more of that process. 

If the variants do not have a image, the variants will then show up as a WORD with a BOX around it. So when you look at the website and see this, its a good indication the variants are lacking images. Using the steps above will fix this. 

This is where you can adjust where the product is seen, schedule it to be launch, as well as turn it to draft mode if theres a issue that needs adjusted.

DRAFT:  Not viewable  anywhere.

⚠️ Its important that ONLINE STORE is selected. If it is not, then it will not show. ⚠️ 

When Apliiq creates products,  this channel is not selected.

This section has a number of different things to it. The most important to focus on is COLLECTIONS and TAGS. 

PRODUCT TYPE: This is auto-created. Doesn't really need ever touched unless its noticed the type is completely wrong.
VENDOR: This is auto-created with Apliiq. If/when we manufacture our own, we will then place the vendor here to help organize our stock. This is for internal purposes only. 

COLLECTIONS: Some collections auto add within the COLLECTION part of Sopify. They will not appear here. Here you will select what COLLECTIONS this product should appear. The ones in BLUE are the ones that the Product is AUTO added too. 

CLASSIC: Brand Items that soley branded, nothing else. Very bold, basic, brand focused. 
EXPRESSIONS: This is the majority of items at the moment. These are items that like streetwear, sharing different sayings, artistic; not product driven and/or simple brand elements. They can be shirts that have the brand on them.
PERFORMANCE: This is all our activewear or items that focused in performance. 

TAGS: 

• Blank - Here you will add a tag that shares the blank. For example for the Bella Canva 3001 which is the majority of out TShirts, its "BLANK : BC3001". Its important to keep the style exact since the tags will link to other things. 

  • Size Charts: Inside the Size Chart App, the BLANK tag is what categories the products sharing the same blanks, since they would have the same size chart 

  • Reviews: There is a collection made for each BLANK. Mainly BC3001 and IND4000. As products are created and this tag is made, they are auto added to those spaces. This auto adds the reviews to the new products with those tags. 

  • Reference: This is also an internal thing. Its extremely important we dont list this anywhere posted on the site. The Blank Info. Not in the URL, the description, features, etc. 

Material: Add what material it is. We will not only use this for reference, but use this to work on the filter of collections. 

Sexual Design of Product: Is the product designed for a specific sex. 

Location: Locations help dictate label for Printing Location:

- Location: FLL

Any other Micro Categories: Accessories, Bags, Hats, Tops, Bottoms, Joggers, Etc.
