Here is where each Product is managed. Where the team can go to adjust and edit Products for edits on the Product Pages. This is the central area where all details about a product will be managed.
This is the URL inside Shopify the product page.
This is the URL that leads to the LIVE page of that product.
This can be grabbed by the URL on the actual live page, or on the Shopify Product Page, via the VIEW button in the top right of the product edit page in Shopify
This is the Status of the Product currently
This is the Actual Product Title of the product. Most likely it would match the Task Name
This is the collections the Product is currently inside.
This would be the Product Category the product lives in, or inside Shopify its better known as the Product Type.
This is what the image layout for this product should be
This is the product description for the product. (50+ Words)
This is the Product Features that are displayed on the website.
These are accessible inside the product page, Edit Metafields, under the fdi KEY
This is the product SKU of the item. It's the entire SKU minus the variants.
This is the sizing of this item. Whats it based off of.
Most instances:
Unisex
Womens
Mens
Kids

This is what the product is made of. It would consist more of the % consistency, but could also include the wieght of that consistency.

This is how the product fits to your body. Regular fit, a size up, size down, small, big, etc.

This is the best practice for washing this product. Its best to also include if the item shrinks or not in this field. However, in the Click Up field, its only care. There is a separate field for the Shrink notes. However both go into this on the page.
This is the origin of the product. Its best to say US or Imported. We do not need to state the exact location. However when we have the information, it's good to place the product came from into Shopify. This can be found inside that product, under each variant.
This is the sizes we carry in that product. Our go too:
XS, SM, MD, LG, XL, 2XL, 3XL
A quick place to locate these options is in shopify under the product Variants
The colors that are currently available. This is available inside Shopify in the product page, under the Options.
This is the cost it cost to get the product to our warehouse. This can be found inside the final order form. Taking the total cost of the product including shipping, divided by the quantity ordered.
This information is inside the individual Variant Product Pages.
This is the retail price. This is usually decided by taking the Product Cost and timesing it by 3. However most of our stuff has a hard retail price to work create consistency.
This is the date the product was launched. This helps us calculate how long its been on the market for. It also just is a date to have for and if the need comes up.
The size chart is where we will place the image and/or screenshot of the final size chart for this image. This is to help if we have sizing questions. it can also be the sizing chart from the manufacture of the blank.

This is the Sales Channels the product is currently live in. You can get to this list by going to the Shopify Product Page, clicking Manage. The popup will display all channels its set to.
This is the folder where the Product Image files are. These would be the ProdIMG files are. The ones that have been sized to the 810 x 1080 size, and ready for Product Page Live.
Click Up takes the Link from Google Drive, Share Link of the exact folder location of these ProdIMG files.
This is the folder where the Product Swatch images are located
This is the origin in which the product was originated. The vendor name.
This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. This is connected to shipping costs. if this is off it throws of shipping charges. This is PER PRODUCT weight.
This info in put into Shopify, in each variant page of the Product.
Click Up automatically tracks the progress of the completed Custom Fields. This tracks the completion of these. All custom fields should be present to be in good standing.
This is purely a personal preference. its the judge at how complete or well the product page currently is. If you change this, its important to include in Click Up comments why you did that, and make that task to fix it.
This is a tough one to keep up with, but if you can update when you edit the page, it helps just keep track of when the page was last addressed.
Again another challenge to keep updated, but put your name here if and when you edit the page. Just helps us track who was the last one was to edit it
Any product notes outside the main task description and the other info
This is what Theme the product page is pulling from. this is for if and when we create a new product page layout. however at the current moment this will rarely be edited, as at the current moment changing this will affect the collection pages.
This is where you input the Shrink info gathered from the manufacturer. If the info does not exist in click up, you can add it in. But please make sure it doesn't exist first inside click up.
This is the model number of the item Blank. This is gathered by the manufacturer. Its to be placed into the Tag of that product. BLANK: MODEL #
The fields arent missing, they just collapsed. Click the "SHOW # EMPTY FIELDS" link and it will expand.
