Apliiq is where our products are made. The system is connected to shopify in a bit of a funcky system. When you create a product in Apliiq, you then need to tell it to create a product inside Shopify. This page will walk through those details.

Apliiq is broken down in a few different departments:
Product Design / Creation (Saved Designs)
Subscriptions: This is all the designs and settings for the Hem Tags, Neck Size Prints, the Woven Size Tags.
Approvals: This is where the artwork or designs are approved. Upon the first order of a shirt, the art department will process and seek approval of the setup. Its imporatant to read the details, and make sure things are right here as after this, theres not much changing.
Orders: This is where the process of the orders occur. Apliiq orders the blank as soon as the order is made. This shows the entire process and is where its best to check in the status of a order.
First step is to click the product in thier list of products. For this example, its our BC3001. CLICK CUSTOMIZE
Once you click customize, it will take you to the customize screen. Here is all the settings for shirt.
SHIRT COLOR: From the selection, choose which color.
SIDE OF SHIRT: The top 4 tabs showcase what part of the shirt you want to apply the design
First thing to adjust is the neck label. You will see when you click the "Manufacturer's Label" drop down, the selections.
Woven Tag: These are mainly for hoodies, or shirts that can't be tranfered too due to the fabric.
Printed Tags: Theres two colors, Black and white logo.
Choose the hem tag that ends in 9101. The default location is the Right Hem.
Once the proper tags are set you can go to designing.
Click YOUR ARTWORK
Add your file
When you add your file you will be taken to this screen. This is where you select the PRINT FORM. ⚠️ MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE PROPER FORM ⚠️
TRANSFER:
DIGITAL PRINT: This is the main selection. Transfer is more for non cotton garments where the Digital Print does apply.
SCREENPRINT: This is not a option with on demand. Only for bulk orders. This is our ultimate form, however not a option currently.
EMBROIDERY: This is option used for Embroidery. There isnt a lot we use this for, but when we do, the sizing really matters as it calculates thread count and needle hits which affects the price.
⚠️ CHANGING PRINT STYLE IS NOT AN OPTION ONCE CREATED WITHOUT RE-CREATING THE PRODUCT ⚠️
Click NEXT (LARGE YELLOW BLOCK) in the top right corner of the screen once complete.
Click DROPSHIP THIS PRODUCT
This process is the same for Both First time product creation as well as Variant creation
Edit the PRICE. Price must be 30% or more, but also inline with average pricing of that product globably.
Click CREATE NEW PRODUCT
Once you click CREATE NEW PRODUCT the systems does exactly that. It takes a minute to process so let the site think for a min. When its done, it will go back to the design screen giving you two options: Continue Designing or ...
This step is used whenever you are creating additional versions of a shirt that was already created. The most common variant will be Shirt Colors.
Click ADD Variants to Existing Product
SEARCH FOR PRODUCT
Type in the name of the Product and click search
Click the proper shirt
PRICE: Adjust the price as needed. DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP
CLICK ADD VARIANTS
Once you click ADD VARIANTS the systems does exactly that. It takes a minute to process so let the site think for a min. When its done, it will go back to the design screen giving you two options: Continue Designing or ... If you click continue designing it will take you back to the designed item, and you can simply change the shirt color, and all the other assets stay the same.
