Our Undergraduate Programs, namely Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (with majors in Architectural Drafting Technology, Automotive Technology, Computer Technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Foods Trade Technology, and Mechanical Technology), and Bachelor in Technical Vocational Teacher Education (with majors in Electrical, and Electronics).

Welcome to Carlos Hilado Memorial State University!
The quality management system of the institution entails us to partake in another level of our journey to quality education which is embedded in our mission, vision, and also with our college goals and program objectives. The IT Program is committed in providing quality education to the students and attaining our program goals and objectives with highly skilled and qualified faculty members, and modern facilities and equipment. This accreditation helps us to provide our best approaches to give better services to our clients and stakeholders.
On behalf of the people behind the success of preparing for this Level 3 Accreditation, I would like to thank all of the accreditors for carefully evaluating the IT Program to provide consistency in implementing our mandate as an institution.
It is with great privilege that we are given the chance to share our milestones with all of you despite the impact of the pandemic on the academic institutions these past two years.
