In consonance with the vision and mission statements of the institution, the College of Computer Studies aims to:

1. Produce graduates appropriately skilled and responsive to the needs of the ever-fast-changing trends in information technology education.

2. Develop creative innovators with the confidence and courage to seize and transform opportunities for the benefit of the society;

3. Provide continuous specialized faculty training and professional development;

4. Acquire, implement, and utilize technologies to support for the instructional, administrative, research and development, and extension needs;

5. Provide students with all the resources to enrich their educational experience in order to pursue careers as ITE professionals in the industry, business, and services; and

6. Be acknowledged as one of the best SUC’s in the field of ITE in the region.

It is my privilege to welcome our AACCUP Accreditors to Carlos Hilado Memorial State University. On behalf of the College of Computer Studies, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for sharing your precious time and expertise to assist and guide us in our quest for quality education.
Our commitment to excellence depends on the inputs and recommendations by the AACCUP team. Our Undergraduate Programs, namely Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (with majors in Architectural Drafting Technology, Automotive Technology, Computer Technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Foods Trade Technology, and Mechanical Technology), and Bachelor in Technical Vocational Teacher Education (with majors in Electrical, and Electronics).
Carlos Hilado Memorial State University community is pleased to have you and be part of this milestone as the college is subjected to accreditation. Apparently, with AACCUP Level III accreditation, our commitment to provide better educational services to the country is truly manifested. Welcome to Carlos Hilado Memorial State University!

The quality management system of the institution entails us to partake in another level of our journey to quality education which is embedded in our mission, vision, and also with our college goals and program objectives. The IT Program is committed in providing quality education to the students and attaining our program goals and objectives with highly skilled and qualified faculty members, and modern facilities and equipment. This accreditation helps us to provide our best approaches to give better services to our clients and stakeholders.

On behalf of the people behind the success of preparing for this Level 3 Accreditation, I would like to thank all of the accreditors for carefully evaluating the IT Program to provide consistency in implementing our mandate as an institution.

It is with great privilege that we are given the chance to share our milestones with all of you despite the impact of the pandemic on the academic institutions these past two years.
